Step 1:

Plan your Safe Ride Home.  Reserve, Book, or Request a Reliable Driver Team by simply Contacting Us to arrange a Pick-Up.  Please Contact us from a quiet or less noisy place.  The Dispatcher needs to clearly hear your information.  A Reliable DD Dispatcher will gather the following detailed information from you:

1. Your Full Name
2. Your Contact Cell Phone Number.
3. Your Full Pick-Up Address and/or Venue Location
4. City or Location of Pick-Up
5. Your Full Drop-Off Address and/or Venue Location
6. City or Location of Drop-Off
7. Your Preferred Pick-Up Time and Date if Booked Prior
8. Whether Your Vehicle is a Standard or Automatic Transmission

Step 2:

A Reliable DD Incorporated Driver Team will be dispatched to your location. They will be dispatched all your contact information.  The Driver Team will call you when they are on route to pick you up. We ask that you watch out for the Driver's call.  The Driver's will call 1/2 hour to 45 minutes when en route to your location.  Please answer your phone or call them right back.  They will also call you when they are about 10 to 15 minutes away from your location.  If the driver's do not get an answer, they will not come.  This is important as we have had individuals abuse this service.

Step 3:

Once the Team has arrived at your location, the Driver's will meet and greet you.  They will retrieve the keys to your vehicle. They will drive you and/or your party to your final destination in the comfort of your vehicle. The Team will make stops along the way if necessary.  The "Chase Car" will follow behind the transported vehicle.

Step 4:

Arriving to your final destination the Driver will park the vehicle in your Driveway or Underground Parking of a building, if that's what you require.  The vehicle is locked up and all lights are turned off. Payment is received at this point of time.  Once payment is received the Driver Team will hand over the keys to your vehicle.  They will also insure that you enter your residence.  If you need help inside they will assist you no problem at all to your doorway.  This is for safety of a trip, fall or spill.  We do it often.
