Reliable DD Incorporated operates within business hours the same as any other business would.  However our business does run business reverse of most "Conventional" businesses.  Unfortunately we are an Evening and Night-Time Business. Therefore we operate during those particular hours.

We are an "On Call Service" but we do Highly Recommend that you Book Our Service Ahead as we do take "Bookings" as Priority.  Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights are our busiest days as these are big "Bar Days", "Wedding Days", and "Drinking Days". Especially during our "Peak Time", which is from 1:30 a.m to 3:30 a.m.  This is the highest volume time that most people want to Get Home Safely.  Most other times there is little to very little wait time at all.  

Many choose to call our service like a "Cab Service", which we DO NOT recommend, meaning when they are ready to go, at the door, ready to leave, they call us for a "Pick-Up".  This makes it very difficult on us as a service and usually results in unhappy people.  We have limited Driver Teams on the road. Therefore Patience and Time is required.  There is wait time involved in this service.  We take many vehicles home in a night and have multiple vehicles being transported at the same time by our Driver Teams.  Booking Pick-Up Ahead is Always your Best Option!  A "Heads Up" of 30 to 40 minutes is also sufficient.

Our Hours of Operation 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we now only take Pre-Arranged Bookings on Sundays and Mondays.  Bookings must be in by the Saturday prior to.  The reason being is Sundays and Mondays are slow days with this business and we require guaranteed work on those particular days.  Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
